Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 10, 2026
Hiveality aims to make our website and platform usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technologies.
1. Our commitment
We aim to design and maintain Hiveality in line with recognized accessibility principles, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to our website and platform.
2. What we are doing today
- Using semantic structure and accessible landmarks where possible.
- Supporting keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and responsive layouts.
- Encouraging alt text, captions, labels, and readable color contrast in authoring tools.
- Improving accessibility in design reviews, QA, and component-level implementation work.
3. What may still vary
Accessibility can vary depending on the feature, plan, browser, assistive technology, and the content created by a Hiveality customer. Customer-generated pages, uploads, embeds, custom code, or third-party widgets may introduce accessibility issues outside our direct control.
4. Third-party content and integrations
Some pages may include third-party content or services such as embedded videos, analytics, payment fields, maps, customer-configured scripts, or social and marketing tools. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content not controlled by Hiveality.
5. Need help or want to report an issue?
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on a Hiveality-operated page, email support@hiveality.com with:
- the page or feature you were using,
- what assistive technology or browser you were using,
- what went wrong, and
- how we can contact you if a follow-up is needed.
We will review the issue and make commercially reasonable efforts to provide assistance or a workaround.
6. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time claim. We continue to review, prioritize, and improve accessibility as the product evolves.
