Refund Policy

Last updated: March 10, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how Hiveality handles cancellations, billing errors, non-refundable fees, and charge disputes for Hiveality-operated subscriptions and services.

1. General policy

Unless a different offer is stated in writing at checkout or required by law, Hiveality fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or performance guarantees for unused time, changed plans, dissatisfaction, or expected business results.

2. Canceling future renewals

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period.

3. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us promptly at support@hiveality.com.

If we confirm a billing error, duplicate charge, or other payment-processing mistake, we may reverse or correct the charge as appropriate.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Elapsed subscription periods or unused portions of a paid billing cycle.
  • Setup, implementation, migration, consulting, or custom work once work has started.
  • Third-party or pass-through charges that have already been incurred, where separately identified.
  • Taxes, duties, or government-imposed fees except where a refund of those amounts is required by law.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback if you think a charge is incorrect. If a chargeback or bank dispute is filed, we may suspend access to the affected account while the dispute is investigated.

6. Customer-run stores, memberships, and bookings

Hiveality allows customers to sell their own products, memberships, subscriptions, events, and bookings. Refunds for those customer-run sales are determined by the seller operating that website or storefront, not by Hiveality, unless we explicitly say otherwise.

7. How to report a billing issue

Email support@hiveality.com with your account email address, invoice or receipt details, the charge date, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify the account and review the issue.
