Bookings List

Review bookings, reschedule, and cancel appointments.

Filter bookings

  • Use Event Type to filter bookings.
  • Switch between Upcoming, Past, All, and Calendar.

Calendar view

In the Calendar tab:

  • Filter by event type again.
  • Click View to open details.
  • Click Reschedule to pick a new slot.

Booking details

The details drawer shows:

  • Invitee name and contact details
  • Scheduled time range
  • Resolved location, meeting link, and notes (if provided)

Actions:

  • Reschedule opens the reschedule dialog.
  • Cancel cancels the booking.
  • Copy or open a meeting link when the booking has a resolved online location.

Reschedule a booking

Open reschedule

Click Reschedule from the calendar view or booking details.

Pick a new slot

Choose a date and select a time. The dialog keeps the assigned staff member when the booking has one.

Choose notification behavior

Leave Send updated confirmation to the invitee on when the invitee should receive the new details.

Save

Click Save Reschedule.

When a booking has a connected Google Calendar or Zoom meeting, rescheduling or canceling also updates the connected calendar event or meeting when possible.

When invitee self-service is enabled for an event type, booking messages can include manage links for the invitee.

  • Manage booking shows the current time, location, meeting link, status, and available actions.
  • Reschedule lets the invitee choose a new available time with the same event type and assigned staff member.
  • Cancel cancels the booking online and can collect a required reason.
  • If the cutoff window has closed or an action is disabled, the manage page explains why the action is unavailable.
