Connect pricing to what buyers receive.

What offers do

Offers connect a purchased price to what the buyer receives. Create a product and price first in Products. For product-page metadata quality, review Store Products SEO.

Create an offer

Open Offers

Go to StoreOffers.

Start a new offer

Click New Offer.

Fill in offer details

Set Offer name, Status, Mode, and Purchase UI.

Attach a price

Select a Store product (optional) and choose a Store price (required).

Save the offer

Click Create offer.

Member controls (subscriptions)

When Mode is set to Subscription, configure:

  • Allow members to cancel
  • Cancel policy (End of period or Immediate)
  • Allow pause
  • Allow plan change

Add access to an offer

Use the access dialog to define what a buyer receives.

Open access

Click Manage access or Access on an offer.

Choose an access type

Select Course, Community, or Event ticket.

Pick the resource

Choose the item to unlock. For communities, set the Community role.

Add access

Click Add Access to save the grant.

Manage offers

  • Use Search offers... and the Status filter to find items.
  • Toggle list or grid view using the view button.
  • Use an offer’s menu to Edit or Delete.

Access delivery behavior

  • Offer access grants now support clearer post-purchase routing for member sign-in.
  • If an offer unlocks exactly one course or one community, the sign-in flow can route buyers directly to that destination after they authenticate.
  • If an offer unlocks multiple items, buyers are routed to the member area so they can choose what to open next.
