Staff

Invite staff, set availability, and manage profiles.

Invite staff

Open Staff

Go to BookingStaff.

Start an invite

Click Invite Staff.

Choose how to add them

Use Invite New User or Add Existing Member.

Send the invite

For new users, enter an Email Address and click Send Invitation.

Add an existing member

Select a member, then set Display Name, Booking URL Slug, Bio (Optional), and Timezone. Click Add to Booking Team.

Manage staff

  • Active staff appear under Active Staff.
  • Use Settings & Availability to open staff settings.
  • Pending invites show under Pending Invitations with Resend and Cancel.

Staff settings

Each staff member has a multi‑tab settings dialog.

Availability

Set weekly hours and click Save Availability.

Profile

Update Display Name, Timezone, and Bio, then click Save Profile. If staff profile pages are public-facing, review Team Profile SEO.

Time Off

Add an override with Type, All day, and optional times, then click Add Override.

Calendar

Connect Google Calendar and select:

  • Read Calendars (suppress busy slots)
  • Write Calendar
  • Save Preferences
