Orders
Track orders, statuses, and line items.
Find orders
The Orders workspace now opens in a table view built for day-to-day admin work.
- Search by invoice number, raw order ID, customer name, email, product title, or Stripe payment intent.
- Use the saved views across the top: All, Needs shipping, Paid, Refunded, and Archived.
- Narrow results with the date range picker.
- Each row shows the invoice number, customer, item/access summary, total, payment status, delivery status, and created date.
The shipping backlog only includes orders that actually require shipment. Digital courses, memberships, and service orders show delivery or access language instead of appearing as "unfulfilled."
Row actions let you:
- View the order
- Send receipt again to the customer
- Archive or restore the order
View an order
Open any order to see an invoice-style detail screen with:
- Invoice number and receipt header
- Customer details with billing address
- Sold by business details, invoice tax/registration details, and support contact
- Line items with quantity, unit amount, total, and any managed access grants
- Totals for subtotal, discount, tax, shipping, and total paid
Invoice numbers are scoped to the current website. The admin order record and the receipt email use the same invoice number.
Verify payment and access
The detail view also includes:
- Payment verification fields such as Stripe payment intent, Stripe customer, subscription ID, and coupon code when available
- Delivery summary that adapts to shipping, digital access, or service fulfillment
- Access summary showing what the purchase unlocks for the customer
- Shipping and tracking details only when the order requires shipment
- Timeline history for payment and delivery transitions
Fulfillment
Shipping and service status editing now live in a separate management sheet so they do not dominate the order view.
- Update shipment or service status
- Add tracking number and tracking URL for shippable orders
- Capture carrier, service, reason, and notes when relevant
For checkout configuration that affects order payloads, see Checkout Widget.
