Getting Started
Go from new account to live site quickly.
Welcome
Welcome to Hiveality. Your Workspace is where you manage your website, customers, and marketing.
If you ever get stuck, start with Support.
Use the Go Live plan (recommended)
Plans give you a checklist to move from a new account to a live site fast. We include templates like:
- Go Live (Fast Track)
- Go Live (Bookings)
- Go Live (Ecommerce)
Learn how plans work in Action Plans. You can reset the onboarding plan at any time to switch templates.
Quick start checklist
If you are starting from scratch, follow this order: set up the basics, build the pages people will see, test everything on your default Hiveality URL, and only then connect your custom domain.
Confirm business basics
Update your name, contact details, and branding in Site Settings.
Create your homepage
Open Website Pages and create or edit your homepage so visitors immediately understand who you help, what you offer, and what to do next.
Add your core pages
Create the key pages most businesses need, such as About, Contact, Services, or Pricing. Start with Creating Pages if you need help organizing them.
Add your primary CTA
Pick the main action you want visitors to take and make it obvious. Add buttons and sections that send them to booking, contact, checkout, or your main funnel.
Add lead capture or conversion widgets
Add the pieces that let visitors take action, such as a Form Widget, Booking Widget, or Checkout Widget widget.
Publish and test on your default URL
Publish key pages and test your forms, emails, buttons, and links on your default Hiveality URL before sending real traffic to the site.
Connect your custom domain
After the homepage and key pages are ready, go to Domains to connect your custom domain. Once it is live, recheck the homepage, links, forms, and SSL.
Add analytics and launch tracking
Once your live domain is connected, Hiveality built-in analytics start tracking site activity. You can also connect optional tools under Integrations, such as GA4 and Meta Pixel, if you want additional reporting.
Choose your path
- Standard website: Start with Creating Pages, then design with Widgets.
- Bookings: Configure Event Types and add a Booking Widget widget.
- Store: Create Products and place a Checkout Widget widget.
Helpful docs to get started
