Quick fixes for common issues and how to contact support.
Start here (quick checks)
Before diving deep:
- Refresh the page
- Try an incognito/private window
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions (temporarily)
If something is “missing”
Confirm you’re in the right place:
- Right website/workspace
- Right user permissions
- Right environment (preview vs live)
Team member order is not saving
- Drag reorder is disabled while team search is active. Clear search before dragging.
- Wait for the save toast/response after reordering multiple members.
- Refresh the Team tab to confirm persisted order.
- If order still resets, verify your account has edit permissions for that website.
Imported store categories are missing
- Imports pull categories from multiple source patterns (JSON-LD, breadcrumbs, Woo category links), but some source sites still need manual cleanup.
- Open the imported product in Products and assign missing categories manually.
- Recheck the migration report for warnings tied to that product URL.
Compare-at pricing is not showing
- Compare-at is only shown when it is greater than the active unit price.
- Check the active currency and variant combination; compare-at is evaluated per active price row.
- Confirm the product is active and has at least one valid one-time amount for the storefront card/detail views.
