Dashboard highlights
- Today, This Week, Pending Payments, and Canceled (7d) summarize booking activity.
- Event Types shows your current types with quick actions to edit, copy, or open.
- Google Calendar lets staff connect calendars for conflict checks and new booking events.
- Zoom Meetings lets staff connect Zoom for unique booking links when it is available, while personal Zoom links remain available as a fallback.
- Invitee self-service lets people manage, reschedule, or cancel their own booking when the event type allows it.
Booking links and locations
Booking can now resolve the selected location into the invitee confirmation, staff notification, booking details, and connected calendar event.
- Event types can offer Google Meet, Zoom, phone, in-person, or custom location options.
- Staff with a write calendar can generate Google Meet links for bookings that use Google Meet.
- Staff with connected Zoom can generate unique Zoom links for Zoom bookings.
- Personal Zoom links and event-level fallback links are still useful when a staff connection is not available.
Invitee self-service
Event types can include secure manage links in booking confirmations, emails, and connected calendar details.
- Invitees can open a manage page to review the booking time, location, meeting link, and current status.
- If allowed, invitees can choose a new available time with the same event type and assigned staff member.
- If allowed, invitees can cancel online and provide a cancellation reason when required.
- Reschedule and cancellation windows are controlled from the event type.
