  • Create boards to track contacts and work stages
  • Filter and search boards by type or date
  • Manage stages and cards directly on the board
  • Assign cards, track due dates, and use the Board Inbox for updates
  • Save a default card setup for repeatable board work

Quick start

Open Boards

Go to

Boards

.

Create a board

Click Create Board.

Pick a type

Choose Kanban Board or Sales Pipeline.

Open the board

Click Open Board to start adding stages and cards.

Board list basics

Use the toolbar to find boards quickly:

  • Search boards... filters by board name or description
  • Date filters by updated date
  • All Types filters by Kanban or Sales
  • Clear Filters resets active filters

Use the view toggle to switch between Grid and List layouts.
