Creating a Board

Set up a new board to organize contacts.

Create a board

Open Boards

Go to Boards.

Start a new board

Click Create Board.

Enter details

Fill in Name and Description (optional).

Choose a type

Select Kanban Board or Sales Pipeline.

Create the board

Click Create Board.

Default stages

New boards start with three stages: To Do, In Progress, and Done. You can rename or add more stages after the board is created.
