What the Email Builder does

The Email Builder lets you create email layouts visually—drag blocks into place, adjust styles, and preview before sending.

Where you’ll use it

  • Campaigns: open a campaign and click Design email.
  • Flows: add an email step and design it in Email Step.

Open a campaign

Open Campaigns and select a campaign.

Launch the builder

In Email content, click Design email.

Add widgets

Drag blocks from Widgets into the canvas.

Save your changes

Use Save in the builder toolbar when you’re ready.
