Campaign Analytics

Track delivery, opens, clicks, and issues for a campaign.

What this shows

Campaign analytics summarize delivery and engagement once emails start sending.

Metrics you’ll see

  • Recipients: targeted contacts
  • Sent: accepted by the provider
  • Delivered: delivery rate and delivered count
  • Opened: open rate and unique opens
  • Clicked: click rate and unique clicks
  • Issues: bounce rate plus bounced/spam counts

Metrics update from campaign send activity and provider events, so counts continue to populate as delivery data arrives.

Refresh analytics

Use the refresh button in Campaign analytics to load the latest metrics.

If you see “No analytics yet”

Analytics appear after sending starts. Drafts and scheduled campaigns may show no data yet.

If a campaign has started but metrics appear delayed, open Send and Schedule Campaigns and check Performance for live send progress.
