Quick actions

What quick actions are

Quick actions are buttons above the prompt that launch a guided flow. They change based on where you are in the app.

Common quick actions

• Open Plans: opens the Plans slideout.
• Plan Builder: helps you outline a plan from a goal.
• Create Plan (Actions mode): inserts a plan template to edit and submit.
• Edit Page Copy (Bee): previews edits and asks you to apply.
• Ask BI: starts a data/analytics query.
• Import Brand: pulls brand colors and fonts from a URL.
• Migrate Page: imports page content from another URL.
• Create Funnel: launches the funnel builder flow.

Context‑aware actions

These appear only in certain areas:

• Generate Page (Design)
• Create Campaign (Campaigns)
• Create Email Flow (Flows)
• Generate Email (Email Builder)
• Create Blog Post (Blog editor)
• Draft Welcome Post (Community)
• Create Store Product (Store)

Tip

If you don’t see an action, change your location or switch to Actions mode for mutating tasks.
