Creating Funnels
Start a new funnel from scratch or a template.
Create a funnel
Open Funnels
Select Add Funnel
Click Add Funnel.
Choose how to start
Use Create Funnel, From Template, or Ask AI.
Generate a funnel with AI
Use Ask AI when you want Hiveality to create the funnel structure and first draft content for each step.
Describe the funnel
Write one prompt with the audience, offer, goal, and any required sections. Use Add reference or type @ to mention saved pages, posts, funnels, emails, products, or other resources from this site.
Choose a funnel type
Leave Auto selected if you want Hiveality to classify the funnel, or pick a specific type before continuing.
Pick image quality
Choose Stock for the fastest draft, Good for fast AI-generated imagery, or High for higher-quality imagery.
Review the plan
Edit the funnel name, URL slug, brief, step names, step slugs, step types, and step order before generating.
Confirm audience and follow-up options
Choose the list and tags used by forms and checkouts, pick products for checkout steps, and decide whether Hiveality should create or connect a follow-up flow.
Generate and open
Click Generate funnel. When the funnel is ready, choose Open my Funnel to review and publish the pages.
Generated funnel pages hide headers and footers by default. You can turn them back on from the page editor if a step should use the normal site header and footer.
If a step is created as a placeholder instead of full AI content, open that step in the editor and regenerate or refine it there.
When a referenced resource supports layout matching, click its chip to choose Content, Layout, or Both. Use Content to borrow copy, Layout to mirror structure, or Both when the funnel should follow the source closely.
Audience, quiz, and flow options
Before generation, the review step can include extra setup cards based on the funnel type:
- Audience: choose an existing list or tag, or let Hiveality create the suggested ones.
- Checkout products: select the Sell Access products that checkout steps should use.
- Quiz: for quiz or survey funnels, auto-generate a quiz from the funnel brief or connect an existing quiz.
- Follow-up flow: auto-create a follow-up email flow, skip flow setup, or connect an existing flow to the funnel lead tag.
After generation, the completion screen shows whether the list, tags, quiz, products, and follow-up flow were created, reused, connected, skipped, or need attention.
Tips
- Funnel names should be unique.
- Templates are best for faster setup.
