CSV Integrations
Import JaneApp CSV files to power Business Intelligence.
What this does
CSV imports let you bring EMR appointment and sales data into Business Intelligence.
Currently supported:
- JaneApp – All Appointments
- JaneApp – Sales by Staff
Before you start
- Export both CSVs from JaneApp (appointments + sales).
- Use the latest export date shown in Data Options to avoid duplicates.
- Choose a date range that hasn’t been imported yet.
- Recommended: import in ~90‑day chunks (and no more than one year per import).
Import a CSV
Download the Appointments report
Download the Sales report

Open Business Intelligence
Go to Business Intelligence.

Open Data Options
Select the settings icon in the top bar.

Upload a CSV
Choose Import EMR CSV, then select your JaneApp export.

Wait for completion
Imports run in the background. You can close the dialog and keep working.
What happens after import
- Your charts update automatically once the import completes.
- The latest appointment and latest sales dates update in Data Options.
Patient privacy
We minimize stored patient details for reporting:
- Patient names are never stored in raw data.
- Insurance details and patient name columns are excluded from imports.
