Data Options

What this does

Use Data Options to select which data powers your dashboard and to manage EMR connections.

Data source modes

Choose the data mode that matches your workflow:

• Internal: Uses data from the platform (bookings, revenue, and marketing).
• EMR: Uses your imported EMR records.
• Demo: Sample data for testing and walkthroughs.

Managed analytics connection states

If your website uses managed analytics for website traffic metrics, you may see one of these states:

• Not connected: Analytics has not started yet.
• Provisioning: The platform is connecting your eligible domain.
• Connected: Live analytics is active.
• Failed: Connection failed and should be retried.

Analytics can only start when the website is active and has an eligible verified domain (primary verified domain, or a verified secondary domain).

What happens during reconcile

Reconcile keeps analytics connection and rollups healthy after domain or integration changes.

• Reconcile verifies current connection status.
• If connection is healthy, recent rollups are refreshed.
• If connection fails, status moves to failed and a retry path is queued.

When dashboard values can lag

• Recent ranges (roughly the last 90 days) prioritize managed analytics feeds and refresh quickly.
• Longer ranges rely on rollups and can update a bit later.
• After domain verification or connection retries, allow a few minutes for status and charts to settle.

EMR integrations

From the EMR integrations list you can:

• See which integrations are connected
• View the latest appointment and sales dates
• Disconnect an integration (to switch providers)

Delete EMR data

If you have admin access, you can delete all imported EMR data for the website. This is useful when you want to re‑import clean data.
