Page SEO Health

Improve SEO quality for website pages with health checks, broken-link context, and metadata controls.

Core page SEO fields

For each page, maintain:

  • SEO Meta Title
  • SEO Meta Description
  • Canonical URL (when needed)
  • Social image, title, and description
  • Robots controls (index/follow)
  • Sitemap inclusion
  • LLMS inclusion (when available)

Workflow

1

Open a page settings panel

Go to

Website Pages

and select Settings for a page.

2

Review Page Health

Open the Page Health tab to check the score, focus areas, traffic, ranking visibility, links, and suggested fixes.

3

Refresh SEO checks

Use Refresh Page SEO after larger edits to refresh health signals, broken links, internal links, traffic, rankings, and SEO suggestions.

4

Refresh the score only

Use the refresh button under the score when you only need a quick recheck of health, traffic, rankings, and unresolved broken links.

5

Improve Page SEO

Use Improve Page SEO when you want Hiveality to apply safe metadata updates, generate missing image alt text, refresh target keywords, capture exact link-edit locations, and rerun health checks in one pass.

6

Fix missing or weak fields

Add unique titles/descriptions and confirm canonical and robots settings.

7

Save and publish

Save settings, then publish your page changes.

Insights panel in Page Settings

The page SEO panel now includes a quick insights view so you can prioritize updates by impact:

  • Traffic: 7/30/90 day visits and views for the page.
  • Ranking Visibility: tracked keyword ranks, movement from the previous snapshot, impressions, and clicks.

Use these signals to decide which pages should get metadata updates first.

Page Health tab

Use Page Health when you want a focused view for one page before publishing.

  • Draft Preview compares the current draft health with the live score and shows when publishing is needed before the live score updates.
  • SEO Score Breakdown groups checks into Content, Technical, Links, and Accessibility.
  • Task Status highlights open work such as metadata, alt text, headings, content depth, and broken links.
  • Unresolved Broken Links lists the broken links found on the current page, including the link text and the best available reason.
  • When a broken link has an exact edit location, use Change Link to replace the destination or Remove Link to keep the visible text and remove the link from the draft.
  • If a quick link fix is staged, publish the page when you are ready for the live score to update.
  • Traffic shows 7, 30, and 90 day visits and views.
  • Ranking Visibility shows tracked search terms when data is available, or lets you generate keyword targets from page content and business context.
  • Suggested keyword targets can be edited or removed when they need to better match the page goal. These targets guide ranking visibility and SEO suggestions; they do not rewrite the page content by themselves.
  • Top Focus Areas lists the highest-impact checks with recommended actions.
  • Heading suggestions can be staged as draft fixes when Hiveality can identify the exact heading safely.
  • Advanced includes internal link suggestions you can review, apply, or dismiss.
  • Improve Page SEO can apply low-risk metadata fixes and fill missing alt text for uploaded images, then refresh the live and draft health views.

If the website has a default social preview image, site-wide social-image checks use that fallback before marking individual pages as missing a preview image.

Health checklist

  • Title is specific and not duplicated across key pages.
  • Description explains the page intent in plain language.
  • Canonical is set only when a non-default canonical target is required.
  • Robots flags match your intended visibility.
  • Important pages are included in sitemap and discovery.
  • For detailed field behavior, see Page Settings, SEO Automation and Bulk Actions, and LLMS Eligibility.
