Survey Mode (Quiz Widget)

Survey experiences are built in the unified quiz system. There is no separate survey widget in the editor.

Build a survey

Open a quiz in the builder and set Mode to Survey.

Add questions, set response mapping, and configure completion behavior.

In the page editor, add Quiz Widget and select your survey quiz from the library.

Quizzes and surveys now use one builder in Contacts.
The page editor has one quiz widget for this flow: Quiz Widget.
Survey submissions can still drive automations through Flow Triggers using quiz completion criteria.

Use Quizzes for quiz-type setup and Quiz Widget for embed behavior.
