Text Widget

The Text widget is best for paragraphs, callouts, and list content. It uses the same rich text editor as the Heading widget.

Add a Text widget

Text editing toolbar

Use the toolbar to format content:

• Styles: switch between paragraph and heading styles.
• Font Family, Font Size, Line Height.
• Text Color and Highlight Color.
• Bold, Italic, Underline, Text Decoration.
• Bullet List and Numbered List.
• Text Alignment, Add Link, Clear Formatting.
• Ask AI: choose Create, Improve, Shorten, Lengthen, or Custom prompt....

Toolbar actions

When the widget is selected (not editing), use:

• Edit text
• Alignment
• Animation
• Position
• Copy
• Delete

Tips

• Use Styles to quickly turn a paragraph into a subheading.
• Use Add Link for inline links to pages, popups, or files.
• Validate readability and line-length across breakpoints using Responsive Design.
