Team Profiles

Manage shared team profile templates, member profiles, and ordering.

What Team Profiles include

The Team area in Website Pages includes:

  • A shared team profile template used by default for all member detail pages
  • Team member records (name, slug, role, bio, extra content sections, categories, CTA links, profile image)
  • Optional per-member custom layouts when a specific member needs a unique page design
  • Drag-and-drop member ordering used by team listings and related widgets

3

4

Save and preview

Save, then use profile preview to verify output on the public team URL.

Add richer profile content

Member details include three content areas:

  • Main Bio: the primary rich-text bio and profile photo.
  • Content 2: an optional second rich-text section with its own heading, image, and image alt text.
  • Content 3: an optional third rich-text section with its own heading, image, and image alt text.

Use the extra content areas when a profile needs separate sections for specialties, approach, credentials, media, or a longer story without crowding the main bio. Leave a section blank when it should not appear in the shared profile template.

Each member can also include up to three CTA URLs and button labels. The shared profile template can use these fields when a member needs separate booking, contact, or resource links.

Shared template vs custom member layout

  • Shared template: best default for consistent profile pages and fast updates.
  • Custom member layout: use when one profile needs custom sections or structure.
  • Reset to template: if a custom layout is no longer needed, reset the member to inherit the shared template again.

Profile template fields

The shared profile template can use member fields such as name, credentials, role, headline, bio, photo, profile URL, specialties, CTA buttons, and the optional Content 2 / Content 3 sections. When a member field is blank, the template should still be reviewed so empty optional areas do not leave awkward spacing.

Reorder team members

  • Drag rows in the Team tab to reorder members.
  • Reordering is disabled while search filtering is active, so clear search first.
  • Updated order is used by team listing surfaces such as Team Widget.
