Flow Goals
Automatically complete contacts when they reach a specific milestone.
What a goal does
A goal marks a contact as complete when they hit a specific milestone. Once a goal is achieved, the contact stops moving through the flow.
Supported goal types
- Tag Added
- Added to List
- Board Stage Changed
- Property Changed
How to set a goal (recommended)

Open your flow
Go to the flow you want to track.

Click Goal in the top bar
Use the Goal button to open goal settings.

Choose a goal type
Pick the milestone that represents success.

Configure the goal
Select the tag, list, board stage, or property value you want to watch for.

Save the goal
Click Set Goal (or Update Goal if one already exists).
Good use cases
- Stop a nurture flow once a contact books
- End a sequence once a contact reaches a board stage
- Stop follow-ups once a tag or list is applied
Notes
- Only one goal can be set per flow.
- If you change the goal type, update the existing goal before saving.
