Flow Troubleshooting
Fix common issues like “stuck” contacts and missing triggers.
Quick checks (do these first)
- Confirm the flow is active (not draft/paused)
- Trigger the flow with one test contact so you can watch what happens
- If you see a Wait step, open it and confirm it’s waiting on something that can become true

When to contact support
If you’re still stuck after the checks above, contact support and include:
- The flow name
- The trigger you expect
- A test contact (email) and the timestamp you triggered it
