Pause a flow for a set amount of time.
What a delay does
A Delay step pauses a flow for a specific amount of time (minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months).
How to use it (recommended)

Add a Delay step
Add a Delay step where you want the flow to pause.

Choose the time amount
Pick minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months.

Test with one contact
Trigger the flow once and confirm it resumes on schedule.
When to use it
- Wait a few minutes before sending a follow-up
- Delay an internal task so it doesn’t fire immediately
- Add spacing between emails in a sequence
If you need a specific date or condition instead, use Wait Until.
